COWBOY JACK presents: BAND IN BLACK (Live tribute to Johnny Cash.)
In 2004, shortly after Johnny Cash passed away, Cowboy Jack decided to put another tribute show together honoring
the ‘Man In Black’. The singing style, music, instrumentation costumes are presented in an authentic representation of
Johnny Cash and The Tennessee Two from the 1955-1965 era.
Three piece band from Southern California includes vocals, rhythm guitar, harmonica, upright bass and lead guitar.
A 30 minute audio cd of various stars singing vintage country hits provides a pre-show background as the audience
takes their seats. Fan programs in the shape of a guitar- Grand Ole Opry style are available for $1.
There is a 10 minute Johnny Cash biographical slide show that precedes the live performance.
Two 45 minute sets cover 26 hits from 1954-2003.

Intermission is 20 minutes, providing the audience time to refresh, use the restroom and visit concessions.
